Quality Management System
The Enlite quality management system is structured as follows:
1
Determining the needs
When placing an order for translation or localization services, it is crucial that the customer clarifies the purpose of the translated text and the target audience. It is also important to discuss the vocabulary, terminology, and any specific requirements with the Project Manager. Any previously translated client’s materials on a particular topic can also be very useful and helpful. The need for keeping the layout and other specific requirements for the translation or localization project is also determined at this cooperation stage.
2
Specialist selection and translation process.
When selecting a translator for your order, ENLITE concentrates on the translator's specialization and qualifications. It is common that a translator specializes in several fields only, and professional translators avoid accepting projects outside of their expertise.
3
Quality control
The complete translation is checked by a second translator or reviser/proof-reader, depending on the Service Package selected, who has correspondent skills and is familiar with this topic. It goes through a detailed linguistic review (bilingual revision), covered by the Premium Package, and revision if a Standard Package is chosen. As an additional service in the Premium Package, we also offer terminology review.
